This fine contemporary custom .50 Caliber Flintlock Longrifle was made by CLA Maker Sam Gorham in the Iron Mounted Lancaster style. The rifle is fitted with a Large Siler Lock and a swamped 38 inch long Colerain barrel with round bottom rifling. The unique patchbox is well executed and has Silver Wire inlay accents. The barrel mounted rear sight is flat topped and the front sight is a blade. The rifle has a single trigger and a Fancy Maple stock. The metal condition is as new and the stock and bore are in excellent condition. This is a great hunting rifle and would be good in competition also. Call for details.
