This is a nice Winchester 1895 Rifle in the classic .30 U.S. (.30-40 Krag) caliber. The receiver is a grey patina and the 26 inch long barrel has approximately 70% original blue. The wood condition is good and the bore is very good. The rifle is fitted with the factory Buckhorn Rear Sight and a Brass Bead Blade Front sight. This rifle was a favorite of the Texas Rangers in the late 1800's and early 1900's. It was, and still is, that good! Call for details.
