Desirable Winchester Model 53 in 25-20. Mechanically excellent with strong, bright bore. Receiver bluing has flaked off as was common on Wichesters of this timeframe. 50% bluing loss on barrel. Wood has some dents and dingd and has been lightly sanded. Condition indicates it was carried quite a bit but well cared for. C+R Eligible. SN6998.
